RETURNS POLICY

We will accept goods back for restocking depending on the following procedure and exceptions:

  • We must be notified in writing within 10 days from date of dispatch at which time, providing the reason for return is acceptable, we will provide a returns number. Goods without a returns number will be refused.
  • All returns must be arranged at the cost of the customer and item must be in ‘as new’ condition.
  • Goods being returned must be wrapped sufficiently to protect against damage during carriage. On receipt we will inspect the item and reserve the right to charge for any required refurbishment.
  • If damaged goods are received, the carrier’s delivery note must be signed accordingly. In this case we will arrange return of the damaged item(s). Signing as “unchecked” is not accepted as goods being received damaged and return is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Only standard products, as found on our website, can be returned for restocking.
  • Any bespoke items or standard items which have been made with requested alterations cannot be returned as these are not stock items.
  • Quantity orders cannot be returned. Quantity orders are defined as 3 or more of the same item 
  • Once inspected and returned goods are in resaleable condition, we will issue a credit or refund. If goods require refurbishment, the credit or refund will be for the value of the goods less refurbishment cost.
  • All returns must be received by us within 10 working days of returns number being issued. After this period, the returns number will become invalid, and the goods will no longer be returnable.
